To provide guidance and support in the following areas of Information Security Operations: Incident Response, Case Management, Threat Hunting, Coordinates security investigations across the functional spectrum with Legal, External Affairs, Human Resources and other core stakeholders. Drive continuous incident response improvement and remediation initiatives, and assure these solutions are delivered in line with company standards. Role requires occasional off-hours support to address service disruptions, analyzing and responding to incidents or scheduled deployments and definition of key metrics.
* Leading, Hosting, and Facilitating technical bridges for cyber events
* Providing real-time communications to leadership during cyber events
* Coordinating response activities during cyber events
* Effectively communicates with executives during cyber events
* Providing After Action reviews and reporting to internal teams, and regulators where necessary
* Driving incidents to resolution with an appropriate sense of urgency
* Providing guidance and direction concerning preparations necessary to aid in the prevention and early detection of cyber events, and monitoring and responding to cyber-attacks.
* Facilitate annual reviews of SOC and IR playbooks and provide guidance and feedback
* Develop Enterprise Security runbooks and facilitate approval and annual review
* Coordinating Tabletop, Red Team/Blue Team, Wargames and other cybersecurity exercises
Skills required to ensure your success include:

Information Security Management: Knowledge of the processes, tools and techniques of information security management; ability to deploy and monitor information security systems, while detecting, controlling and preventing violations of IT security. IT Governance: Knowledge of the accountability framework and processes used to encourage proper behavior in IT activities and operations; ability to implement IT systems and controls to meet business needs and requirements. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Demonstrates a commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion by treating everyone with respect and dignity, ensuring all voices are heard and advocating for change.
Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to communicate technically with IT and security experts, but also effectively translate issues and risks into clear and understandable business language
Familiarity with security related tools, including, but not limited to, the areas of SIEM, EDR, Firewall, IDS/IPS, DLP and Email protection technologies
Background in responding to malicious events and after-action reporting
Bachelor's degree in Information Security or a related discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years of technical experience in the security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications and network protocols or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Information Security industry certification (CISSP, GCFA, GCIH or equivalent) highly preferred
