Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide full financial and operational leadership for complex electrical construction projects. This individual is responsible for overall project performance, ensuring safety, profitability, productivity, and quality standards are met or exceeded.
Reporting to the Division Manager the Senior Project Manager will lead jobsite supervision, coordinate manpower and materials, manage schedules and cost reporting, and ensure compliance with contract documents and company standards.
This role requires a highly experienced electrical construction leader with direct Data Center project management experience. The Senior Project Manager must be capable of operating independently, leading field teams, managing financial accountability, and driving execution in fast-paced, technically demanding environments.
Absolute Minimum Must Have’s / Experience / Requirements:
Industry & Technical Experience
Minimum 5 years of electrical experience
Minimum 7 years of construction leadership experience
Direct experience managing Data Center construction projects
Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical theory
Project Execution Capability
Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
Proven experience developing, managing, and executing construction schedules
Experience leading jobsite supervision and coordinating field manpower
Financial & Systems Competency
Experience managing project financial performance, including monthly cost reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in construction software such as Spectrum, Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within multi-division or large-scale electrical contracting environments
Experience identifying fabrication opportunities and collaborating with fabrication teams
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop field leadership
